Venice Access Fee

Access Fee refers to the fee introduced by the City of Venice to be paid by casual visitors, on some specific days in 2025, in order to gain access to the city of Venice.
The days in 2025, in which the Access Contribution will be due, from 8:30 to 16:00, are the following:

18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 April
1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 May
1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29 June
4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27 July

For all those who are not subjects belonging to the exclusion and exemption conditions, for the year 2025, the advance booking incentive has been introduced which provides for the payment of €5.00 only for those who pay the Access Fee within the fourth last day (inclusive) before the day of access. Otherwise, for those who pay the Access Fee in the 3 days before the day of access, the amount is equal to €10.00.

Visitors staying in tourist leases inside Venice Municipality are automatically exempt from paying in access fee as they are already subject to the payment of tourist tax but they must obligatorily register and download the QR Code of authorization/exemption from the following site : https://cda.ve.it/en/
